Wine Labels 2013

This year's holiday wine was a Pinot Blanc, and we thought it turned out nicely. We've still got a few bottles left, so if you stop by, we'd love to share one with you.

Labels printed with hand-set type and borders, using black ink on French Paper's Steel Blue in 70# Text.

Labels for Home-made Wine

Letterpress printed labels for our latest home-made wine. Liebfraumilch is a German off-dry white wine. This particular wine turned out to be a very light and easy-drinking with similar levels of sweet and tart flavours. Much less buttery than our previous variety.

The labels were printed in reflex blue on a very toothy, medium weight kraft paper. Printed using handset type and a reclaimed engraving.

Business Cards for a Cartographer

First completed project! An in-house design with the negative space from a blind impression used to create the background image. Text printed using hand-set movable type.

Printed on extra thick 100% cotton paper (Crane Lettra 110# / 300gsm).
